The foreigner in Japan is nothing if not always looking for a life less ordinary. Mia is no exception to this. While an unassuming if individualistic English teacher at an all-girls school for the sake of making ends meet, she also is the lead vocalist for the local Tokyo rock band STERLING and has more recently been doing a string of appearances on Japanese TV. We took some time off during an unsurprisingly hectic Golden Week to find a surprisingly unoccupied patch of land in Yoyogi Park.
